If you’re a woman your gender and relationship status are probably being mentioned in a wikipedia article about yourself.

If you’re Laura Poitras readers can find you in the category American women journalists, America women film directors, women film producers.

If you write about movies and you call a rape scene a rape scene, editors change it into ‘sex scene’ or ‘making love’ because ‘rape’ is not neutral.

If you complain about harrassment by male editors you’ll end up in the category ‘feminist’, to avoid harrassment you can off course pick a gender neutral pseudonym.

If you put ‘feminism’ in anything on wikipedia you’ll be called ‘feminazi’.
